After a long wait... we have decided to cancel this years event.
Long explanaition, but basically all events were pushed forward and those who couldn't were cancelled. However, there were way too few dates left to cater for the events wanting placement. So, it was a hard case of allowing the closest events first priority, and hence we didn't get on this years list.
We were offered early dates for next year, but we felt it was then better to just aim at a correct date for next year, rather than confusing altering stuff.
Short version, this sucks, not the good way.
The dates for the event have been tentitively set to 28. - 29. August.
After discussion with the venue Rockefeller, the event will be pushed/delayed rather than cancelled.
We are looking for appropriate date, aiming at the latter part of September.
Geez, still waiting for an update... The fourth opening of society has been postponed due to high spreading of Corona and not enough vaccinated people to hinder the continued spread.
